Turkey Crescents

Happy Thanksgiving Weekend!  If your house is anything like mine, you have a fridge FULL of leftovers, and you may find yourself wondering what to do with them.  My sister just sent me a great idea for some of my leftovers, and now I’m passing that gift on to you.

Turkey Crescent Roll-Ups

1 can GRANDS crescent rolls

Leftover turkey, dressing, and cranberry sauce

Leftover gravy, served warm and on the side

Pop open crescent rolls, and roll out each one.  Spread a small spoon full of dressing (some of you might refer to it as STUFFING) into the middle of the crescent; add turkey and a sliver of cranberry sauce.  Fold up triangle ends to form a pouch over all of your yummy-goodness.  Place face-down onto your baking sheet and bake according to crescent directions (350 for about 12-15 minutes).

While the crescents are cooking, reheat your gravy.  When the crescents are finished in the oven, serve immediately, and with a side of warm gravy.

I hope your Thanksgiving was fun and delicious.  Freeze any leftover turkey for later use.
